The Platform Operations team is charged with enhancing the creator and user experience through support, help centers and other online community resources. You are the Victorious guru, with detailed knowledge of our constantly evolving product suite to ensure that user feedback flows to the Technology and Creative teams to fuel innovation. In this highly cross-functional role, you problem-solve with the Product, Engineering and Creative teams. You process suggestions, bugs, abuse and other product information to ensure we are constantly improving the user experience. You will also be expected to contribute to the long-term operational strategy and support model, contract negotiations, vendor selection and continuous improvements of business processes. You will provide key insights on operational performance with an eye on the collective creator and user experience.
Partner with Product, Engineering, and the Creative team to architect and deliver support needs and improved experiences across the creator and user lifecycle to turn our customers into advocates and evangelists.
Partner with software engineering and site reliability engineering to manage production incidents, with emphasis on timely and thorough problem identification and customer communication.
Support regular business reviews, design and execute processes to keep internal stakeholders continuously informed regarding creator and user care activities and plans.
Required Job Qualifications
BA/BS degree in Operations, Information Technology, Information Management or equivalent practical experience.
Desired Job Qualifications
1-3 years of experience in support strategy and/or operations, with a proven track record of leadership, innovation, and operational contributions.
Exceptional initiative-taking and resilience
Experience managing large-scale and dynamic projects, with competing resources and priorities.
Experience running email and call center operations.
Strong analytical and solution modeling skills.
