The Workday Core Platform Development team is looking for engineers with experience working with continuous integration systems and have experience with tools such as TeamCity and Bamboo to troubleshoot test runs. Also this position requires you to take care of build related issues and work with senior engineers on the team to create/modify existing ant targets. Having experience with Maven would help enormously since we have plans to move our build infrastructure to Maven in future.
REQUIRED SKILLS
Experience with Continuous Integration systems such as TeamCity and Bamboo.
Experience with Ant/Maven
Good experience with programming in Java.
Collaborative team player with good oral and written communication skills.
Knowledge of agile development processes. Ideally Scrum methodology.
Passion to work on challenging problems.
KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintain TeamCity infrastructure.
Maintain Build scripts.
Analyze test results when failure happens
Develop new functionality for infrastructure using Java/Ant
REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelors Degree or higher. Computer Science/Engineering major is preferable
Minimum 3 years experience in software development.
