PLATFORM SUPPORT SPECIALIST The Rubicon Project
THIS JOB HAS EXPIRED The Platform Support Specialist will effectively leverage efforts of the entire support team to continually exceed our publishers? expectations as they relate to sales and client service. The Platform Support Specialist will also ensure the satisfactory resolution and tracking of all support requests, including network ad serving, ad quality, malware, and data issues.
Traffic, QA & launch all ad creative (HTML, Flash files & 3rd party tags)
Review and approve online insertion orders
Verify all campaign and creative collateral for each order prior to trafficking
Execute change requests and revisions to ad campaigns in a timely fashion
Ensure that campaigns launch on time and are fully executed according to the insertion orders
Troubleshoot and resolve ad delivery, ad quality, and technical issues.
Execute the setup and creation of all new mobile and display accounts.
Maintain ad quality standards by pre-screening creatives and coordinating removal of inappropriate content
Monitor outputs from internal Ad Quality systems to proactively reduce violations
Ongoing quality assurance support for advertising campaigns and creatives; ensure all live ads function properly and adhere to client standards
Liaison with ad network partners and publishers to oversee proper integration onto the Rubicon platform
Constant communication of decisions (to relevant individuals of support, i.e. Sales, Service, Product, AdOps, etc.).
Bachelors degree required
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Good organizational skills and flawless attention to detail ? exact precision in data input is a must
Technical aptitude and ability to converse clearly with internal and external clients, as well as engineering team
Self-starter, with demonstrated track-record of executing and delivering in a fast paced/changing environment
Strong organizational and time management skills, ability to multi task
Solid computer skills including solid knowledge of spreadsheets (Excel), presentation software (PowerPoint), and CRM systems (Saleforce.com)
Desire to work in a team setting
Knowledge of online advertising concepts a plus
Ability to work occasional nights, weekends, and early hours
