PLATFORM TECH LEAD Orchestro
THIS JOB HAS EXPIRED The Orchestro Platform Tech Lead will be part of a growing team to deliver top tier analytics for Orchestro?s customers. The Platform Tech Lead will guide the Platform Team at Orchestro to build compelling and scalable solutions. This position requires hands-on development work as well as the mentoring and management of Software Engineers on the Platform team. The candidate must be able to deliver solutions in a demanding, agile, big data environment. This position will interact with other members of Orchestro?s Engineering and QA teams, Product Management, and Program Management.
At least 7 years of experience working with Microsoft Technologies, including:
Windows Communication Foundation
HTML 5 and CSS 3
At least 2 years of experience managing and mentoring a software engineering team. Must be able to set team goals and facilitate technical decision making within and across teams.
Experience with Test Driven Development and testing frameworks
Experience using DI and IOC
3+ years working in an agile environment
Continuous integration environment experience a plus
Experience with distributed source control, e.g., git a plus
