THIS JOB HAS EXPIRED The goal of the role is to ensure we have a deep understanding of our customers, market, and competitors ? and leverage that knowledge in development of our games and marketing tactics. This role will work across our Facebook, mobile, and .com properties.
Proactively identify market opportunities for new game types
Tracking of competitor games, features, and marketing tactics
Ensure team is up to date on best-in-class game mechanics and user experience
Help design team by setting up processes to enable solicitation of customer feedback on new design ideas
Design, implement and analyze surveys to our current base to get actionable feedback on games
Design and manage usability sessions of current and existing customers
Manage external agencies as needed
7+ years relevant experience in a custom primary research function on the client or vendor side, preferably in gaming or interactive media
Effectively communicate results throughout all levels of the organization
Project management skills including the ability to design and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines, organize and complete multiple projects efficiently and on time
Experience with analytics software tools like SPSS and SQL a plus
