Project Analyst, PMO Job Description
A Project Management Office (PMO) is a group within TOA that defines and maintains standards for project management within the organization. The PMO strives to standardize and introduce economies of repetition in the execution of projects. The PMO is the source of documentation, guidance and metrics on the practice of project management and execution.
TOA PMO participates in Strategic project management as a coordinator of the Portfolio Management process. Tasks include monitoring and reporting on active projects and portfolios (following up project until completion), and reporting progress to top management for strategic resources and finance decisions.
TOA Program Management Office is also the driver for organizational excellence, which seeks to enhance the quality of service delivery.
Analyze project information (Timeline, Cost, Quality) and create custom reports for senior management.
Build cost models in excel.
Build forecasting models.
Strong analytical skills
Strong communication and presentation skills
Strong knowledge of Excel and the capability to configure analytical tools
Bachelor?s degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Business (with a strong IT background), Industrial Engineering (with a strong IT background), or other related degrees.
