We currently have an opportunity in our Stonewater location for an Policy Compliance Analyst.

SUMMARY OF ROLE & KEY DELIVERABLES:
? Prepare and/or update entire or partial Certificate Policy Statements (CPS) based on changes
originated from internal/external Certificate Policies (e.g., ACES, CertiPath, DOD, etc.), government
regulations (NIST guidelines), technical groups (IETF RFCs) or internal needs provided by manager.
? Research, track and document any change by external Policy Management Authorities of those
Certificate Policies (CP) adopted by IdenTrust.
? Perform version control of all related documents and ensure all CPSs are approved and published
internally and externally.
? Work closely and collaboratively with the Operations and Product (including Security, Engineering,
Business Operations, System Operations, etc.) groups to interpret requirements outlined in external
and internal CPs to implement and/or enhance operational practices.
? Participate in audits as necessary and respond to auditors? inquires related to policy and associated
practices.
? Assist other Operations groups in preparing and interpreting CP/CPS material for audits.
REQUIREMENTS:
? Good written and oral communication skills.
? Able to pass background check.
? Comfortable with security, IT, networking, PKI, legal terminology.
? Self-motivated, independent and able to work with clear goals and low-intensity supervision.
? Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word with good Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
? Working knowledge of major browsers.
? Comfortable interacting with diverse audiences comprised by engineers, consultants, lawyers and
security experts.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
Previous Work Experience
Required a minimum of:
? 2+ years proven experience in roles such as business, functional, policy compliance
analyst or technical writer.
? Experience combining policy requirements, legal statements, and security/PKI
technologies to create or streamline business processes.
A big plus
? 1+ year experience on PKI CPS and/or CP writing/editing.
Education Required/Preferred
? Bachelor?s degree in English with emphasis in technical writing, computer information
systems, business, or law.
? Commensurate experience in the specific field will be considered.
Other Skills/Characteristics

? Working knowledge of PKI and Identity Management Processes
