Portfolio Management / Operations Professional Finacity
This professional will play an active role in many facets of Finacitys client/portfolio servicing operations.
Anticipated activities and functions of the job are:
Manage processing daily activity for multiple Client accounts.
Perform reconciliations to ensure accuracy of Client A/R portfolios.
Work with different departments (Analytical Team, Product Management, Technology, etc.) to enhance servicing operations and identify areas for operational improvement.
Draft procedural documentation.
Assist in development of servicing-related transaction documentation.
Assist in managing trustee relationships for securitization transactions.
Manage portfolio based fraud prevention.
Liaise with external Clients on a daily basis.
Contribute to Rating Agency and Investor Packages on behalf of prospective Clients.
Assist with various systems upgrade projects
Assist with Annual Audits for Clients.
