The qualified candidate will be responsible for working in the 24x7x365 Anti-Fraud Security Operations Center (AF-SOC) as a Security Analyst. They will be working as a part of a team in order to provide Anti-Fraud services to our clients. These duties will require analyzing web sites, using Internet analysis tools, tracking incidents via a ticketing system and contacting authoritative agencies for the Internet around the world in order to mitigate fraudulent attacks on the Internet.
Identifying, analyzing and categorizing fraudulent websites;
Contacting Internet Service Provider staffs worldwide to prompt immediate action to end network abuse and remove criminal websites;
Collaborating with other team members to achieve team objectives and manage projects;
Communicating with customers to provide informational updates and deliver exceptional service quality.
Knowledge of Internet Protocols, HTTP, TCP/IP, HTML, DNS, Java Script;
Experience with using Windows Operating Systems, Computers and the Internet;
Familiarity with DNS, ISPs, Registrars and IP addressing;
Call center, user support/help desk or ISP abuse desk experience preferred;
Ability to type at minimum 30 WPM average speed;
Conscientious attitude and dependability, strengths in teamwork and communication;
Attention to detail, and desire to complete work accurately and quickly;
Creative approach to problem solving;
Anti-Fraud experience is a huge plus;
Excellent communication (both verbal and written) and interpersonal skills;
Fluent in Portuguese. Spanish a plus.
