The Experience Improvement Manager is responsible for managing complete client engagements from proposal development through final delivery. We are seeking an individual with an entrepreneurial mindset that can take ideas and bring them to life, the ability to effectively position and sell process and technology solutions in a clinical environment and a track record demonstrated success in clinical workflow assessments. This role will report to the Senior Director of Experience Design at ExperiaHealth. The position will be located in San Francisco, CA and will require extensive travel.

Responsibilities:
- Manages client relationships from the executive suite to front-line staff
- Develops project plans, timelines and goals
- Oversees implementation of process improvement and experience design initiatives
- Integrates process and technology solutions to improve experience and communication
- Facilitates the development of patient-centered standards of care within clinical service lines
- Grows business with existing clients and identifies additional up-sell opportunities
- Tracks ongoing progress towards goals and implementation timeline
- Follows up with clients on an ongoing basis to ensure sustained success
- Communicates project milestones and goals to all stakeholders in a clear and timely fashion
- Works with project stakeholders to ensure buy-in and adjust project plans as appropriate
- Estimates the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals
- Sets and continually manages project expectations with team members and other stakeholders
- Provides ExperiaHealth leadership with regular updates on project milestones and deliverables
- Proactively manages changes in scope, identifies potential crises, and devises contingency plans
- Conducts post-engagement reviews and creates a recommendations report to identify opportunities to enhance the success of future engagements
- Develops best practices, new solutions, and tools for engagement execution and management
- Extensive travel within the US required
Education, Skills and Experience:
- BA/BS required (MBA or Clinical Degree Preferred)
- Experience and demonstrated success in clinical workflow assessment
- 5 years project management experience, Lean Six Sigma or PMP Certification preferred
- 5 + years healthcare experience
- Experience navigating large complex healthcare systems
- Effective communicator with clinical and administrative healthcare executives
- Track record of managing and growing client relationships
