Position: Senior (Sr) Recruiter Vocera Communications

Scope of Position
Partner with Director of Global Staffing in recruiting for all Business Units at Vocera. This position will include partnering with assigned hiring managers to assess and understand hiring needs. Review job descriptions and define a staffing strategy to hire top talent for open headcount and build a qualified talent pipeline for managers to review. Will be responsible for leading full-lifecycle recruiting.
Responsibilities

• Full cycle recruiting: identity, screen, phone interview, and present talent to hiring managers.
• Develop and execute sourcing plans.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to determine their needs.
• Manage the recruiting process: sourcing, qualifying, interviewing, extending offers, administer background checks, complete reference checks, etc.
• Partner with hiring managers to review job descriptions and develop recruiting strategy for hiring.
• Work with HR/Compensation to determine market competitive offers.
• Lead debriefing sessions with hiring teams to vet out candidates.
• Use all staffing resources including social websites to identify top talent.
• Provide continues updates on staffing reports for positions assigned.

Education, Skills & Experience

• BA/BS degree or equivalent.
• 8+ years of full lifecycle recruiting experience preferably in the Healthcare IT/Technology sector.
• Must have proven experience carrying a requisition load of 15+ openings.
• Prior experience working in a fast pace environment is a must. Staffing for a startup preferred.
• Experience working with ATS systems a must. Prior experience with training and implementing an ATS is desired.
• Must be proactive and have demonstrated prior success leading hiring managers in recruiting.
• Excellent communication skills is a must.
