This is a great opportunity for recent college graduates.
Work hands-on with MegaPath customers in a post sales role to ensure satisfaction and loyalty
Determine and operationalize a process to call customers immediately after an installation event to capture and assess the customer experience
If the customer experience did not meet the customer?s expectations, then you are responsible personally (or activating a team) to remediate
Document and analyze findings
Make recommendation on potential improvements
Passionate about providing an awesome, memorable customer experience while having fun
Telecom business and systems background
Detail oriented, the ability to properly document and create customer call notes
Excellent communication skills, inspiring confidence while leading customers through the steps to resolve issues via phone and email
Previous experience in customer service or a call center environment
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce.com
College degree is preferred
