Post Sales Engineer netForensics

Job Description and Responsibilities
netForensics seeks a dedicated security professional for pre and post sales solutions engineer to provide implementation, administration and consulting services around Security Information Management to our clients. This role will primarily be around design and implementation of netForensics suite of products in our client?s secured IT environment. The Security Engineer guides the customer through the technical evaluation process that starts with an architectural review and product demonstration followed by timely responses for support and information.


Job Description:

Design the security solution using the netForensics suite of products
Delivers netForensics solutions to clients in Red Hat Linux, Sun Solaris, and Microsoft Windows environments.
Customizes netForensics software products to customer?s policy and environment.
Training delivery to customers and resellers.
Other related duties as assigned
Travel 70%



Job Requirements:

BA/BS degree, in a technical discipline or
At least 3-5 years related work experience is required
US Citizenship required
US Security Clearance highly desirable
Technical knowledge and skills of networking and security products highly desirable
Basic shell scripting.
Basic understanding of oracle database 10g and SQL is required.
Experience in creating detailed technical design documents.
Excellent troubleshooting skills and creative approaches to problem resolutions.
Excellent interpersonal skills, strong and effective communication skills are required.
The individual will be detail-oriented, well-organized, a self-starter and able to work independently.
Drivers license required

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Certifications like CISSP, CISA, GIAC, BS 7799, ITIL are preferred.
Strong knowledge of compliances like HIPPA, PCI, SOX is a plus.
Perl, regular expression, xml, java application experience is preferred.
Security analyst, administration experience is preferred.
Enterprise product deployment experience is preferred.
