1. JOB DESCRIPTION
We are a growing enterprise headquartered in Las Vegas, seeking a top notch candidate. The right candidate will have experience in brand marketing, media communications, and social media marketing. This person will interact with key executives and business personnel to provide top tier brand and services messaging to extend across all media outlets to include: public relations, analysts, event and social media communications to the Strategic Sales Deployment team. The PR and Social Media Manager will ensure consistent messaging of new technology products into the automotive market. The candidate will be the primary liaison between marketing, software development, implementation, and sales to ensure successful marketing campaigns and consistent brand promise.
2. MAJOR ACTIVITIES PERFORMED
Press and Media Marketing
Provides project management oversight and direction to all levels of ensure overall success of one or more initiatives by developing appropriate project implementation plans that may include scope, goals, scheduling, and deliverable that support business goals in collaboration with management
Responsible for ordering and procurement of marketing materials necessary to support shared services, deadlines and project needs including print programs.
Assist in administration functions of project related assignments including overall planning, tracking, and documentation of one or several projects from the project proposal phase to the project closeout.
May serve as primary point of contact for project and print vendors. Manages these relationships to ensure efficient and cost-effective services are maintained and that all company-required documentation/assets are secured at project end.
Drive the consistent messaging across all platforms of communications; interfacing with internal and external audiences.
Facilitate cross functional planning and monitor progress of project plans
Drive email marketing campaigns, webinar programs and lead generation activities.
Works with Team to create social media strategy.
Maintain consistent messaging across LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, and other social media outlets.
Provide consistent link between key websites and social media outlets.
Understand Google Analytics and algorithms for SEO.
Understand CRM as foundation for our business and communications.
5 years of strong PR management and social media experience
Experience implementing marketing campaigns and managing consistent brand messaging.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent presentation and facilitation skills
Excellent interpersonal, influencing, and negotiation skills
Established strategic and critical analysis skills
Skill in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships
Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Public Relations
Automotive and/or technology background preferred
Google Analytics, Google Ad Words, CRM and CMS (Word Press)
Microsoft CRM and Exact Target experience required
