Key Responsibilities:
? Respond to phone calls, live chats, email, portal ticket and other channels as necessary from Vocus clients
? Answer client questions and provide how-to help within the Vocus application to aide clients in completing daily PR tasks
? Troubleshoot technical issues and diagnose errors within the Vocus application
? Work with IE and Firefox Browser settings to optimize user?s experience
? Demonstrate ownership and ability to follow case issues to resolution and client satisfaction
? Handle a case load of approximately 25 new issues per day
? Shift: M-F 11-8pm
Qualified candidates must possess:
? Superior customer service skills
? Proven reliability
? Proven ability to work well in a high-pressure environment
? Experience supporting customers in a SAAS environment valued but not required
? Excellent communication skills
? Strong technical troubleshooting and problem solving skills
? SQL ? valued, not required, Microsoft Office
