QualificationsandExperience
The PR Specialist will be responsible for: :
Global PR Resources. Day-to-day coordination and management of network of global PR agency resources
Media Relations. Build and foster relationships with key media and customer contacts
Product Reviews. Oversee product reviews and placements including identifying opportunities and managing product allocation
Speaking & Awards. Manage internal resources and external agencies on speaking an awards programs across geographies
Content Development. Develop and maintain customer case studies, bylines, blogs and other content aimed at industry visibility and thought leadership
News Releases. Develop and manage the distribution of news releases across geographies and vertical markets, continuously work to ensure ongoing and steady release of relevant and compelling announcements
Social Media. Manage ongoing social media programs including giveaways and regular posting of events, news, promotions, etc.
Marcom Deliverables. Participate as a key member of marketing communications team, including content review and editing, sales team coordination, collateral development, etc.
The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with the ability to see projects through from initiation to completion with little oversight. Creativity, story-telling and resourcefulness are critical for success in this role.
Required experience and knowledge:
3-5 years of experience in PR (agency preferred)
Excellent writing and editing skills are a must
Ability to learn the industry environment and communicate company?s position, differentiators and key supporting messages
Proven track record of developing, owning and driving successful PR programs
Bachelor?s degree in PR, Communications, Journalism or related field
B2B tech experience and vertical market focus a plus
