JOB POSITION: Practice Director â€" Delivery (Healthcare Vertical)

JOB LOCATION: USA, South / Southeast - Remote

JOB SUMMARY: As a key leader within the division is accountable for overseeing and directing the development and execution of Lawson's Professional Services strategy as it relates to their functional area. Position is also responsible for developing, directing strategies, operations, employee selections/development and budgets for their area of responsibility.

Specific KPI's Critical to the Success of Position:

1. Meet and exceed Services Revenue targets

2. Develop Business Improvements in functional area

3. Coach, Manage and develop employee base

4. Sustains a pipeline of top talent, develops and enhances skill sets of employees, and retains key talent

5. Sets clear performance goals that are linked to business strategy and manage for results

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Delivery of Services

· Responsible for the management, development and overall people care of field consultants (project managers, business consultants, etc). (10%)

· Responsible for all activities surrounding the delivery of services, successful implementations, and overall client satisfaction within a defined geography or for a defined customer segment. (20%)

· Responsible for profitability of division including Revenue, Margin and offshore utilization. (20%)

· Involved with running the business strategically and tactically seek additional revenue opportunities. (10%)

· Serve as escalation point for client issues and concerns. (10%)

· Provide relevant/requested forecasting data to Executive Management. (5%)

· Oversees appropriate 3^rd party project resources. (5%)

· Supports delivery activity to help ensure delivery quality. (5%)

· Be a spokesperson internally and externally to support area development and growth. (5%)

· Can resolve complex business problems (5%)

Develop strong relationships with key client personnel. (5%)

REQUIRED SKILLS:

· Bachelors Degree in a related field or equivalent work experience

· 10 years experience in software industry or related industry

· 8 years management experience as head of functional department or division

· 5 years budget management experience; revenue and cost budgeting experience

· 2 years business management P&L experience

· 2 years management experience as head of a consulting team, preferably in a shared service model

· 6 years supervisory experience

· Proven/demonstrated ability in all areas of core competencies

• Proven ability to develop and maintain effective internal and external business relationships with various levels of management; prior experience working with, and or coordinating the efforts of multiple parties
  

PREFERRED SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE:

· 5 years information technology industry experience

· 3 years Lawson Software experience in Services

· 8 years supervisory experience

· Regional or Field management experience

Business application software background
