The Practice Director will be responsible for building a strong sales pipeline, understanding and educating clients and industry experts on H5's product/service value proposition, and managing strategy and details for complex sales opportunities. Successful execution will require leverage of formal and informal sales channels and networking to identify sales prospects, develop new business opportunities, and conclude a sufficient quantity of transactions to meet quarterly and annual targets.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Practice Director?s responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
Develop a deep sales pipeline to meet annual sales targets and quota by leveraging relationships with new and existing clients Develop a strong knowledge of H5 internal process and resources and understand H5?s unique market and value proposition for our products and services in the industry.
Conduct client discovery utilizing a consultative approach that results in a client needs assessment.
Collaborate with H5 professional services team to provide clients with detailed insight into our capabilities, identify solutions, manage client expectations, and resolve project challenges.
Prepare and present business development materials, financial models, and sales proposals for large, complex project opportunities.
Clearly and effectively articulate H5's value proposition to clients, prospects, partners, and other market stakeholders Develop business terms and conditions for engagement contracts and drive engagement contract negotiations.
Report opportunity status in accordance with tools and protocols established by the Managing Director.
Manage each sales opportunity with an attention to detail Demonstrate effective leadership and strong team work.
QUALIFICATIONS: The successful candidate will have the following qualifications:
10+ years successful track record originating and closing large, complex business transactions/clients Substantial experience in business process outsourcing or sales of professional services.
Strong background or understanding of the legal industry Strong network within Fortune 1000 corporate circles Proven capacity to develop and conclude business with senior executive-level clients.
Demonstrated enthusiasm and capacity to develop and articulate complex solutions that combine technology and services.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills Ability to grasp and explain advanced technological and business concepts.
Strong entrepreneurial drive.
Ability and willingness to travel.
Juris Doctor degree or solid legal background required.
