Practice Management Analyst Axiom Law

This role requires strong communication skills, a tremendous amount of initiative and organizational skills, and a desire to work in an innovative growth environment. The Analyst plays an integral role in the overall success of the company and our ability to expand our business. Not only will the analyst be afforded a high degree of independence, but also the opportunity to work with an amazing group of fun and talented people.
The Practice Management Analyst will:
Support ongoing sales efforts (including researching/prospecting, preparing client pitch materials and handling ongoing follow-up with prospects)
Manage/track client prospects
Author client letters, emails, and phone scripts
Oversee and manage our client database
Assess attorney skill sets in light of client needs
Assist in the fulfillment of client needs, and the management of attorney assignments
Assist with strategic initiatives (such as client roundtables and special events)
Our ideal candidate
An ideal candidate will be a recent graduate from a top-tier college or university. This is a position for someone who loves to connect with people, exhibits outstanding judgment and professionalism, and thrives in a fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment. While not a pure sales role, this position requires the confidence to contact experienced professionals and speak to them about what we do in a credible and compelling way.
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Has prior experience that demonstrates a sophisticated and confident communication style ; has high-impact presentation and analytical skills
Instinctive ability to build and nurture client relationships
Incredibly proactive; able to anticipate and resolve issues, demonstrates great initiative
Eagerness to learn; ambition to take on more responsibility
Meticulous attention to detail and adaptability
Excellent organizational and prioritization abilities
Solid decision-making, analytical and problem solving skills
Thrives in both individual and team environments
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Highly proficient with the Microsoft Office suite (especially in Excel)

Legally eligible to work in the country in which the position is located
Education
Bachelor?s degree required
