Practice Operations Analyst Role
We are looking for a Practice Operations Analyst to join the Practice Operations team in helping Iora Health expand primary care practices across the United States.
The Analyst will be part of a team that manages the entire cycle of new practice development and ongoing support. An Analyst will typically work on one or two practice sites at any given time in close partnership with the Iora team leading efforts with those practices. This position will be based in Cambridge, MA and could involve regular travel to practice locations. A typical week would involve 1-2 days of travel, with more intense travel bursts during practice launches.
The Practice Operations Analyst plays a key role in the growth of Iora Health and requires an individual excited to apply energy across a range of critical practice implementation and support areas:
Space build out and outfitting (facilitating coordination between architect/builder and central Iora staff; developing and ensuring implementation of medical equipment, supplies, etc)
Talent development (helping develop and organize Iora?s hiring and talent development innovations such as speed interviews)
Technology deployment (learning and helping implement cutting edge technologies used by Zappos and other leading service organizations)
Data and vendor management (setting up contracts with key lab, and other medical office vendors)
Patient marketing (including participation in development and implementation of print, email, and other creative marketing campaigns for patients
Finance & regulatory compliance (helping implement and improve workflows to meet financial and regulatory requirements)
