Practice Support Specialist NovaSom

The holder of this position is a key member of the Sales Team and must be adept at managing sales activities and account management related functions.
This position performs as an inside sales person working closely with our outside sales Territory Managers (TMs). TMs will identify qualified accounts that will be handed off to you so you can manage them, grow them, guide them through the process of ordering AccuSom Home Sleep Tests (HSTs) and advise them on necessary follow-up after the HST is completed.
Except for the TM, you will serve as the sole contact from NovaSom for that HCP's (Health Care Professional) office and you will interact with others in NovaSom to coordinate activities.
All aspects of this position are related to ensuring growth for NovaSom while ensuring correct business functionality, meeting industry standards and complying with local, state, and federal laws.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The essential functions of the position include, but are not limited to, the following duties:
?Accepts the hand-off of a qualified account from the TM.
?Contacts account to complete the gathering of information begun by the TM to better understand the practice, its needs and its sales potential.
?Serves as the primary resource for providing information and education to assigned accounts.
?Communicates with internal and external customers to facilitate excellent NovaSom service delivery to assigned accounts.
?Works with other personnel to coordinate NovaSom services to assigned accounts.
?Maintains complete and accurate information about account activities and communication.
?Effectively represents the face of Novasom when interfacing with qualified accounts.
Position RequirementsSKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
?Minimum of 2 years of successful inside sales or sales-related experience
?Superior account management skills
?Excellent diction and oral communication skills
?High school diploma
