Stonebranch is currently looking for a pre-sales Workload Automation Specialist. You will be
responsible for resolving complex customer problems via the phone and email. The support
focuses on our toolset and their interaction with various operating systems. A strong Workload
Automation background is preferred for this position, as the product knowledge can be learned
with relative ease. Use of fundamental technical presentation skills demonstrated through
performance of the role.
? Research and understand customers? business needs.
? Demonstrate, validate software fit and handle pre-sale discovery.
? Present proposed solutions to customers.
? Review, understand and qualify customer?s business processes.
? Develop compelling value proposition to identified needs.
? Offer presales support to sales team members for products and solutions.
? Respond to customers? technical questions.
? Attend conferences and trade shows and generate sales leads.
? Handle sales requests on time.
? Confer with delivery team on design and solutions.
? Collect market and customer requirements on ongoing customer visits.
? Develop customer proposals.
? Suggest products, technical architecture and operational best practices.
? Attend to customer requests for information on RFIs and RFPs completion.
? Demonstrate to leverage best practices and offer insight into client business and industry
? Qualify and help close sales opportunities.
? Maintain account plan?s technical portions.
? Ensure successful pilot projects and product installations.
? Determine, resolve and communicate technical and business presales issues to
? Close accounts determined by sales and technical management.
? Assist regional business development activities.
? Install and maintain demos and software on presales equipment.
? Use corporate applications, emails and communication vehicles.
? Engage in product training to maintain high product knowledge.
? Must possess a strong understanding of several operating systems, including Microsoft,

including products from BMC, CA Technologies, ASG, Atomic, Redwood, IBM and
? Minimum 3 years experience in a pre-Sales / solution consultant role
? Experience in either Workload Automation (WA) or File Transfer with WA preferred
? Experience configuring enterprise-level software applications as preparation for sales
? Strong presentation skills in a software demo/pre-sales environment
? Knowledge of SAP a plus
? Strong analytical thinking
? Able to solve problems systematically and efficiently
? An excellent customer service attitude and the ability to interact with customers in a
professional manner are required
? Ability to work independently and remain focused on quality
? 75% travel is required
? Ability to present in another language in addition to English
