Job Description:
Balihoo seeks a Presales Solution Consultant to perform technical presales support for implementations of a SaaS marketing solution. This position requires the ability to clearly communicate a vision and plan to Clients, and to understand Client and internal requirements while developing creative solutions. As the link between the Sales and Delivery organizations (Professional Services and Client Services) teams, you will ensure a smooth transition from Sales to Delivery. This role will report to the Vice President of Professional Services and be responsible for engaging with Sales to understand, scope, demo, communicate vision, and close new business, or to pursue new projects with existing clients.
Education and Experience:
Required Experience
Bachelor?s degree
3-5 years demonstrated Client-facing technical sales support experience
Ability to interpret, document, adapt and apply business requirements
Background in systems and software project management practices
Preferred Experience
Marketing Automation Experience
Agency/Marketing Experience
Management and/or strategy consulting
Master?s degree in relevant discipline
