As our Pre-Sales Consultant based out of your home office anywhere in the U.S and traveling 50 to 70% of your time to client sites, you will be the key technical contact for prospective accounts, primarily providing pre-sales support. We'll rely on your well rounded experience and understanding of the following areas to help effectively position our product to meet customer needs:
Strong prior experience in a Pre-Sales Consultant/Sales Engineering role for enterprise level SaaS solutions including the ability to understand and document prospects? technical and application requirements
Domain expertise in a combination of any of the following areas: Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP), Integrated Business Planning (IBP), Demand Planning, Supply Chain Planning, Financial Planning or Business Intelligence
Proven success in developing and delivering custom product demonstrations both in person and via web conference
Strong communication skills and the ability to handle all technical and functional objections that may arise during a sales cycle
Participating in almost every aspect of the sales process, you will help the Sales Directors qualify opportunities for appropriate fit, assess the customer's business needs, and then participate in the presentation of a solution that meets the customer's requirements. After the initial sale, you'll continue to work with existing clients to up-sell and cross-sell opportunities.
