RightAnswers is seeking a highly motivated individual to support our sales team in pursuit of large enterprise deals. The right person will have great demonstration skills, be able to interact with executive level prospects, develop a deep understanding of the RightAnswers product line and how it works with other technology and be able to think on their feet.
This position reports to Vice President of Product Management.
Job Responsibilities:
Assist regional sales representatives and partners in the demonstration of the RightAnswers product.
Speak with prospective customer technical resources about application requirements, sizing, integration options, etc.
Train partners and develop collateral to assist partner selling efforts
Support prospective customer staff by providing technical information and training
Develop sales presentation materials in support of sales activities
Customize demonstration environments based on discovery sessions conducted with the customer
Skills/Qualifications:
Bachelors degree required
Excellent written and spoken communication skills
Prior pre-sales experience
Previous experience with Java/JSP/HTML based technologies
In depth understanding of common authentication schemes including Active Directory, LDAP, SAML, etc.
Hands on website or application development is a plus
Experience with at least one of: Knowledge Management, CRM or ITSM applications
Travel 25% or less
