DescriptionJob duties/description: Good Technology Corporation has openings for Pre-sales Engineers in Sunnyvale, CA. Write demo applications using standard mobile application developments SDK (iOS xCode and/or Android JDK). Support and interact with the developer community within Good?s prospects and customers. Responsible for delivery of technical product presentations via web conferencing. Responsible for technical custom product demonstrations via web conferencing. Design and architect a runtime production solution. Provide product installations and custom product configurations remotely. Provide product administrative and end user training remotely. Work with accounts on setting deployment methodologies using Good?s product set. Work directly with Product Management team as a liaison to accounts around technical product requirements. Effectively interact with internal engineering teams to scope out and provide solutions to complex technical issues for highly visible account opportunities. Requires Bachelor?s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Math, Physics or related technical field, followed by five years of progressive, post-baccalaureate work experience in job offered or five years of progressive, post-baccalaureate work experience in a computer-related occupation. Experience must include: 1) Sales Engineering experience and 2 years? experience building mobile applications; 2) Experience writing applications using C+ and Java based coding technologies. (xCode, JDK, Silverlite, Pyxis, PhoneGap, etc); 3) Experience with Microsoft Windows Operating Systems, DNS, SMTP, Web and Application Servers required; 4) Experience in computer software or systems including security products (firewalls, anti-virus, intrusion detection, content security, and anti-SPAM technologies), www, email, ftp, networking, Internet application platform technology, database and analytical related technologies. 5) Experience must include messaging architecture and working with integrated solutions and software API?s 6) Experience working with relational databases (i.e. SQL/Oracle) and routers, switches, and firewalls. 7) Operating experience in at least one of the following areas of specialization: VPN's, Security, Remote/Local Access, WAN, or Wireless (relevant to assignment).
