Pre-Sales Lead/ Manager McCabe Software, Inc.
McCabe Software is looking for a Pre-sales lead/manager to manage the technical resources and operational procedures of the pre-sales group. We seek high achievers with demonstrated success in technical sales and customer service. Must possess strong managerial, interpersonal, organizational, and problem solving skills. Must be detail oriented with strong follow-through. Knowledge of Windows, UNIX, and programming languages required. Base Bonus, Travel Allowance, Insurance Benefits and 401K.Responsibilities:
Recruiting and developing both an in-house and remote sales engineering group
Defining group operational procedures
Work closely with Sales and Professional Services management to achieve revenue targets
Requirements:
BA/BS Computer Science or equivalent
4 years experience Sales Engineer
2 years management experience
Windows/UNIX
C/C/Java
Development and Test Process
CM and metrics experience a plus
