Technical/Business Knowledge
Thorough of baseline SE skills: specifically WiFi, switching, routing/routed protocols and IP.
Advanced knowledge in one of the following areas of specialization:
Security/Authentication, VoIP, Network Management, QoS, PtP/PtMP, BYOD, RF

Responsibilities
Account responsibilities within assigned named MNO customers. Learn relevant solution sets, architectures and full product line specifications.
Keep up-to-date on relevant competitive solutions, products and services.
Provide technical and sales support for named MNO accounts.
Participate in technical presentations for customers, partners, and prospects.
Assist in the development of formal sales proposals.
Set-up and operate equipment for customer demonstrations and evaluations.
Ability to work effectively and add value as a team member. Demonstrated technical knowledge and consultative skills.
Provide customer feedback to Product Line Management to help improve products and services
