Premier Account Manager Modular Space Corporation
ModSpace seeks a business development manager with at least 5 years of experience at the national accounts level to join our team as a Premier Accounts Manager.
This position may be based in our Berwyn, PA headquarters OR a ModSpace branch location in the North East region of the US.
This client-centric role serves as a single point of contact for designated accounts to deliver a seamless experience by:
establishing a cohesive understanding of the value proposition across our client organization
structuring and closing agreements to mutually beneficial terms
communicating objectives, contacts and actions to applicable sales and support functions across ModSpace.
Day to day activities may include:
Conducting client needs assessments and developing account plans designed for enterprise-wide support
Drafting and delivering Premium Account program launch plans to sales and support functions across the business
Including training and coaching applicable functions on deliverables
Regular tracking of deliverables with internal and client reporting
Use of SF.com to facilitate communications and coordination
Ensuring coordination of internal records within business systems to facilitate program delivery and scorecard reporting
Delivering structured business introductions and client management events on a consistent basis across the contract period
Delivering training on and monitoring client use of Premium Account portal tools
Regular account review meetings with the sales function across ModSpace to develop and build a pipeline for Premier Accounts
The Premier Account Manager must have:
A high school degree
College degree strongly preferred
5 years of outside B2B sales account management experience
3 years experience managing accounts to growth at the national or regional level
Including significant interaction with senior client leadership
Successful history as a manager, peer coach or mentor within a commercial sales organization
Strong professional presentation abilities at the C suite level
Proficiency in SF.com or other CRM
Experienced with leasing and sale contract terms and conditions strongly preferred.
50-60% travel required.

PC Proficiency in a Windows environment with MS Office Suite
Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal, presentation and organizational skills
