Invenio Inside Sales Representatives will achieve goals selling Microsoft Premier Services Agreements within a set of named accounts and targeted prospects of mid-sized to Fortune 1000 corporate customers inside a designated geographic territory.
Engage with executive level decision-makers on service offerings that address business needs Gain understanding of clients? business objectives, manage sales cycle, and close services agreements through primarily phone-based interface with clients Propose, manage and execute on customer contracts to achieve revenue and business goals Deliver sales forecasts and customer feedback on trends, opportunities, and challenges in order to benchmark and forecast business and revenue Participate in account strategy and planning sessions with local and virtual sales teams as well as legal, sales, product development, product support teams and customer partners
Ability to establish and enhance director to C-level customer relationships Demonstrated multi-million dollar quota achievement for past 3-5 years 7+ years of experience in B2B technology related sales (experience with maintenance and service agreements is preferred) Exceptional written and verbal communication skills coupled with a high attention to detail Knowledge of Solution Selling Methodology is desired Knowledge of Microsoft products, licensing and services is desired Graduate of a four year course or strong candidate with 2 year Associate Degree
