Premier IT Client Support Analyst Cypress Care

The Premier IT Client Support Analyst is responsible for providing specialized IT client support to dedicated clients as defined by organizational leadership. The position requires the ability to work with other IT members and non-technical personnel to understand, analyze, and when possible, solve reported issues related to data and the associated systems. Success will be measured on client satisfaction.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
? Serve as IT client advocate supporting Account Management and Organizational leadership
? Gain in depth knowledge of the premier client program to become a subject matter expert
? Responsible for implementing any program changes
? Monitoring electronic exchange of data daily and ensuring that all processes are working as designed.
? Researching and discovering data-related issues and either addressing directly or routing to development for resolution
? Provide data management and clean up
? Perform data matching, patient merges/transfers, pricing, data analysis, and other data support needs
? Escalate issues/concerns to appropriate level of IT Leadership
? Work with Finance on Billing issues and provide support regarding A/R and collections activities
? Maintain Client Support documentation
? Maintain regular communication with account management with daily/monthly visibility into IT support initiatives
? Support account executives in the management of client expectations, service commitments and anticipated needs.
? Provide input for Account planning and stewardship development meetings
? Serves as a backup for other Premier Clients as needed.
This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

? Bachelors? degree preferred; will consider equivalent combination of education and experience in IT support and customer service.
? Minimum of 5 years? intermediate SQL with ability to extract and manipulate data (selects, updates, etc)
? Ability to perform analysis, identify problems and root causes and drive to solutions
? Proficient in Microsoft Office Excel
? Detail oriented, organized, and have the ability to multi-task
? Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as demonstrated interpersonal skills
? Ability to work independently or as part of a team
? Work performed in an office environment.
