Presales Consultant

Supply Chain Planning â€" Nordics

Job description Pre Sales Consultant:

The Pre Sales Consultant will be responsible to support sales efforts related to the Supply Chain Management solutions within the EMEA (Europe, Middle East & Africa) region. However the primary territory will be the Nordics. Primary focus will be on Supply Chain Planning, including Sales & Operations Planning, Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Planning and Advanced Planning and Scheduling. You will be part of an international and dynamic team of supply chain management pre-sales consultants reporting to the Business Consultants Manager for Supply Chain Management in EMEA. Sample Supply Chain Planning clients in the Nordics are: Ahlstrom, Findus, Biogen Idec, Yara, Sanitec, Rolls Royce Commercial Marine, SABMiller, Unilever, GlaxoSmithKline and many more.

Responsibilities:

• Understand client needs and determine how Infor solutions will provide value and (help) architect the proposed solution accordingly.
• Prepare and respond to RFQ/RFP's
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations
• Build and deliver detailed and high level product demonstrations, including demonstrations based on customer data
• Contribute to the development of standard demonstration platforms for the Supply Chain Planning solutions
• Assist in the development and training of other presales consultants as required
• Work in a team environment
• Meet or exceed department operation standard

Desired Skills & Experience

• Minimum 5 years pre sales experience in Supply Chain Planning preferred
• Specific industry knowledge for sectors food & drink, pharmaceutical/healthcare, distribution, consumer packaged goods and spare parts.
• Must possess a problem solving attitude and have strong analytical supply chain skills
• Well demonstrated listening skills
• Outstanding communication ability and presentation style.
• Experience selling solutions consisting of multiple components not always sold in the same way and not always sold together.
• International work experience
• Flexible and enthusiastic, can do menthality
• Product experience: Infor, OM Partners, JDA, Oracle (Numetrix & Demantra), SAP APO
• Fluency in written and oral Swedish & English is required, additional languages (Danish & Norwegian & Finnish ) preferred.
