Primary job responsibilities:
· Prepare and deliver software demos to prospects and existing clients
· Respond to RFPs/RFIs and similar requests from prospects
· Work with account executives on sales opportunities, including:
o Defining the solution scope
o Formulating the account strategy
o Jointly preparing for prospect interactions
o Participating in prospect-facing activities such as discovery calls, solution demos etc.
· With the overall pre-sales team, participate in shared activities such as maintaining RFP response repositories, presentation collateral etc.
Prerequisites
· Minimum 3 years experience in a pre-Sales / solution consultant role
· Experience in either Workforce Management (WFM) or Human Capital Management (HCM) with WFM preferred
· Experience configuring enterprise-level software applications as preparation for sales demos
· Strong presentation skills in a software demo/pre-sales environment
· Fluent in English and able to present confidently in English
· Excellent communication (written and verbal), interpersonal and conversational skills; positive in learning
· Able to work independently with minimal supervision
Optionally
· Ability to present in another language in addition to English
· IT technical skills (e.g. SQL, HTML/JavaScript, Scripting)
