Pricing Program Manager Contractor Support Integra Telecom

The position is responsible for the implementation and ongoing support of company-wide pricing strategies for non-recurring charges. This individual will have responsibility over:
?Pricing Processes ? design, documentation and implementation of Standard Work processes that manage non-recurring charges optimization outcomes and price list adjustments
?Ownership ? role clarity and accountability for compliance to the above Processes
?Performance Management ? collaboratively (with Sales and Care Entities and BU managers) define and implement metrics useful to managers for price performance management within the managers? respective areas of responsibility (product, market, category, etc.).
? Provide insightful analyses, reports and recommendations to the managers supporting business decisions and price setting and adjustments.
?Systems & Tools ? Recommend design and collaboratively implement data collection and analysis tools that provide:
1) Pricing IMPROVEMENT opportunities
2) Monitoring of ongoing PERFORMANCE (of pricing initiatives)
3) Recommendations and support for business decisions affecting product and service pricing
The focus will be on standardization of the product portfolio pricing performance for non-recurring charges.
In this role you will serve as the critical liaison between the Sales, Marketing, Care and Finance teams to lead, develop and measure pricing initiatives across the business.
?Strategic analysis of pricing policies that affect the total value of products and services provided by the duivision to its customers; provide insights to BU managers supporting pricing of individual skus and bundled product kits, discounts, promotional programs, etc.
?Development of appropriate historical and ongoing analytics around price, including all concessions, rebates, discounts, etc. that affect pocket margin for individual customers and product lines
?Pro-active support of the design & rollout of new pricing programs and tools that may include enterprise-wide software systems as well as spreadsheet based systems ? changes to processes, metrics tools, delivery of training & change management
?Bachelor?s degree required, Graduate/MBA preferred
?5-10 year product marketing experience, with broad application of pricing analyses within a global business
?Project management and technology product launch experience strongly desired
?Intellectual curiosity that drives interest to hypothesize and test new ideas and approaches
?Strong analytical skills and proficiency working with spreadsheets
?Proven ability to communicate
?Flexibility to prioritize and manage multiple activities simultaneously
