Summary of Duties/Responsibilities/SkillsThe responsibilities would include Analog design for next generation RFID IC. We are looking for a candidate having experience in the area of ultra-low power CMOS Analog circuit and layout design, with a background in circuits like Opamps, Bandgap, Rectifiers, Comparators. Experience in designing in CMOS sub-threshold region of operation would be key. High speed design experience is a plus. Familiarity with Cadence design and layout tools is a requirement.
Education & Experience:
BS+10+ years/MS+8+ years/Ph.D +5 years of experience.
