System level modeling of high speed SerDes and Equalizers.
Architecting and evaluating different equalization and pre-distortion techniques to improve channel signal integrity and overall link margin.
Contribute to architecting and defining the specifications for different components of PHY products
Contribution and participation in different standards bodies
Master's degree in Electrical Engineering with more than 10 years of industry experience, PhD is preferred.
Experience with SerDes, Clock and Data Recovery, Linear (e.g., CTLE) and non-linear equalization techniques (e.g., DFE and ), and adaptation algorithms
Strong Digital Signal Processing fundamentals
Experience with multi-level signaling
Experience with error correction schemes
Good understanding of integrated circuits fundamentals and limitations
Experience with chip bring up and functional validation of the product in the lab
Strong system level modeling, debugging and troubleshooting
Understand high speed signal integrity issues
C++ and matlab programming
Effective communication and presentation
