Good Technology is seeking a Principal iOS Engineer to join our development team. As a Sr. Software Engineer, you will lead the design and development of innovative applications and features for our Mobile Application Management solutions. The ideal candidate will have experience developing applications for mobile devices, including working on iOS, or Android or Windows Phone. We are looking for someone who is passionate about building great software, enjoys working with a team of talented developers, and who is eager to take on big challenges.
Location: Position based in San Francisco, CA (Silicon Valley), will also consider working out of the Sunnyvale, CA office; no remote
Responsibilities include:
? Designing and implementing mobile applications: iOS or Android or Microsoft Phone platforms
? Analyzing and improving the efficiency and scalability of the overall mobile platform
? Working with the Product Management team to understand, clarify, and shape requirements, and to translate these into technical designs for the product
Educational Requirements:
? BS or equivalent degree or experience
Required Skills & Experience:
? Minimum 3+ years building Mobile Application/Mobile Games for iOS or Android or Windows Phone - Objective-C/C++
? Minimum 10+ years of object-oriented software development experience
? Some experience/familiarity with Cocoa Touch UI framework
? Experience building software on multiple mobile devices and platforms including the iPhone, iPad, and (optionally) Android devices
? Excellent design sense and an eye for simple and elegant user interfaces
? Able to write scripts for common development tasks
Bonus Points for:
? Successfully built and shipped mobile application or mobile game
? Basic understanding of client-side web technologies, such as Javascript and JQuery
