Job Description

The Principal Scientist, Biostatistics will provide statistical expertise to studies in proof-of-concept, strategic input to clinical development programs, and scientific opinions to senior management for strategic decision making. He/She will lead the effort of collaborating with internal and external stakeholders in innovative study designs, data analyses and data interpretation; contribute to the development of junior staff members; and contribute to the development, improvement, and standardization of internal processes and procedures.

Requirements:

- PhD and 5+ years experience in pharmaceutical R&D or other relevant background (or equivalent combination of education and training)

- Expertise in novel and current advanced statistical methodologies related to clinical trial designs, statistical modeling and data analyses

- Experience in Phase III/IV studies, clinical program development, and regulatory submissions

- Experience with large observational data sets preferred

- Excellent oral and written communication skills

- Strong motivation to succeed
