Responsibilities:
Principal level individual contributor working within a team of top engineers.
Work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Lead and participate in full product development life cycle. Translate product requirements to effective designs and implementation.
Architect/design new components and refactor existing components where appropriate.
Research new technologies for applicability to upcoming features.
Work closely with other teams, developers and Senior Management to build new features.
Requirements:
Seven or more years of commercial software development experience.
Proficient in developing multi-tier solutions.
Strong with OO design and development in C# (.NET 3.5 + 4.0).
Strong understanding of relational database concepts.
Experience writing T-SQL against SQL Server 2005/2008.
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written), good interpersonal skills, ability to gather and understand requirements.
Experience with database modeling is a plus.
Experience with complex database query optimization is a plus.
Experience with UI development (including ASP.NET, WPF and Silverlight) is a plus.
Knowledge and previous use of cryptographic algorithms/concepts is a plus.
