Reports to: Director, ManufacturingGeneral Purpose/Objectives:
This position is primarily responsible for supporting print engineer to develop light
emitting material-based print process and applications.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
? Follow SOP to operate printing facilities for all phases of the light emitting
material development, which includes the print preparation, setup presses,
operating conditions, print product and clean up.
? Document the process, aware of the changing of conditions, and troubleshooting
the problem in the process.
? Follow clean room protocols, maintain equipment and keep workplace organized
? Testing components during or after the process.
? Support various product development projects as needed.
? Able to cross-train on a variety of tasks
Required Qualifications:
? Associate Degree or equivalent experience preferred
? 3-5+ years manufacturing experience
? 3+ years hands on screen printing experience is a plus
? Experience in printing of solar, membrane keyboards or displays a plus
? Experience in UV and solvent printing, layout and precision printing is preferred
? Proven ability to follow clean room protocols in a print lab facility is a plus
? Familiar with Microsoft Office
? Proficient in English a must
