Description
The Process Analyst will be responsible for leading and supporting the delivery of multiple process standardization and improvement process initiatives. This candidate must be a people oriented self-starter who will be an individual contributor and coach/mentor to account and operations staff. This Candidate will be accountable for building and maintaining strong working relationships and using process excellence methodology and tools to streamline business and operational processes.
Responsibilities
Provide process leadership and influence direction to operations and account teams and other professionals supporting the delivery of process standardization and improvement for merchant operations
Apply consistent methods for selection and evaluation of process initiatives
Coordinate with other Process teams to identify cross-program dependencies and leverage resources appropriately
Lead process improvement/standardization efforts as identified by Cardlytics leadership
Effectively manage process design and improvement projects
Drive and be accountable for realization of process improvements and efficiency gains
Deliver comprehensive process documentation for use in enterprise and departmental model
Identify defects and eliminate waste, standardize and improve processes
Develop targets for financial and soft benefits analysis and achieve targets
Model, document, and put measurement systems in place for processes
Ensure team creates and maintains appropriate process artifacts
Ensure team process the appropriate process experience and training
Identify and leverage best practices to improve efficiency and build capacity
Conduct regular discussions with team to review process initiatives and identify opportunities to expand skills through new assignments
Enhance individual and team performance by creating a climate of consistent and continuous learning (promote new ideas, conduct knowledge sharing)
Support a team atmosphere which is collaborative, stimulating, challenging and fun
Independently engage stakeholders and owners to gain common understanding of work scope
Take on self-driven efforts to meet specific needs or to triage and correct emergency situations
Required Experience & Skills
Minimum five years of experience in Process Excellence roles
BA/BS in related field or equivalent work experience
Six Sigma Green Belt/Lean Certificate with proven experience and results
Experience using organizational change management, transformation, facilitative leadership, and project management methodologies, and one or more of the following: ITIL, Six Sigma, Lean, and TQM along with some training classes with Process Improvement Methodologies
Demonstrated ability to collaborate, communicate, influence and work effectively with a broad cross section of functional areas
Experience with diverse teams and projects or programs in the implementation of large-scale, complex process initiatives that achieved financial benefits
Prior experience in successful process improvement initiatives working with a dispersed team of professionals
Industry and/or Professional Certification for Process Methodology/Capabilities
Experience in project managing Six Sigma Green Belt projects
Strong planning, coordination and project/program management skills, including resource supply and demand planning
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications
MBA or MA in Information Systems Management is a definite plus
ITIL Certified, Expert level certification is a definite plus
