Process Analyst WhiteFence
WhiteFence, one of the fastest-growing companies in Houston, currently has an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic, motivated, service-minded individual to join our fast-paced company as a Process Analyst. In this role you will aid in the management of client accounts, conduct client trainings, analyze industry data to identify process improvements, and play a key role in enhancing our customer experience.Responsibilities
Manage accounts to maximize process efficiencies and effect change when needed.
Perform data / process analysis, and then implement action plans based on that analysis.
Conduct payment reconciliation and dispute resolution to ensure accuracy.
Maximize customer experience by generating better processes and procedures.
Meet with providers and partners to provide feedback and direction when necessary.
Conduct demonstrations on best practices and utilization of WhiteFence applications.
Requirements
Bachelor?s degree in communications, marketing, or other business discipline
Motivated, self-starter that is capable of completing projects with little supervision
Excellent time-management and orientation to detail
Strong interpersonal skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Experience in Sales, Retail, Customer Service, or Recruiting a plus
