Process Development (Cell Culture) MacroGenics

Applicants must meet the following requirements:

Bachelor?s or Master?s degree in biochemistry, chemical engineering or related scientific discipline
A minimum of 5 yrs of relevant industry experience
Experience with bioreactor operations and process scale-up
Ability to design, execute and troubleshoot lab scale development studies
Proficient at data analysis and graphical presentation
Strong verbal communications and technical writing skills
Ability to work well independently or in a fast paced team environment.
Knowledge of GMP?s or prior manufacturing experience a plus


The selected candidate will be responsible for:

Primary responsibilities include the development, optimization and scale-up of bioreactor processes for mammalian cell culture
Data analysis and drafting of technical reports
Assist with drafting and revision of manufacturing batch records
Provide technical and hands on support to ongoing GMP manufacturing operations as needed.
Occasional weekend work is required
