Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced, hands-on Process Development Scientist to contribute to development and commercialization of Protein Sciences? novel vaccine candidates. Commercial experience in recombinant protein purification development, optimization, scale-up and technology transfer is required.
Requirements
PhD with 0-5 years experience in Biochemistry, Biochemical Engineering or similar field
Required technical background: expertise with column chromatography (IEX, HIC, SEC) and associated instrumentation (GE AKTA workstations); protein chemistry and analytics (SDS-PAGE/Western blotting; immunoassays; enzymatic assays); depth filtration and membrane filtration.; cGMPs for biologicals development and production. Hands-on experience working with integral membrane proteins and familiarity with insect-cell production is a plus . Excellent written and verbal communications skills are required, and the desire to work as a hands-on team player in a fast-paced environment is essential.
