Responsibilities:
? Develop and support new state of the art, one of a kind print and imaging equipment, customizable products, and production processes to fuel our company?s rapid growth.
? Troubleshoot developed systems and processes to increase efficiency and yields
? Revise and implement procedures to ensure production realities meet development expectations..
? Recognize, evaluate and develop cost reduction strategies for labor and capital efficiency
? Hand off operator/service documentation to production while making changes as needed to support projects.
Requirements:
? Bachelor?s Degree in Mechanical or Another Engineering, or similar discipline
? 2 - 4 years of relevant engineering experience
? Competency with image editing software such as Photoshop and Illustrator
? Understanding of mechanical, electro-mechanical, and computer controlled equipment
? Experience with process and quality troubleshooting and process improvement
? Ability to work in fast-paced, constantly growing manufacturing environment
? Ability to work closely with production staff to ensure new product hand-off is successful
