Process Engineer, Operations & Partnerships
Process Engineer is responsible for improving and managing the operations for onboarding partners and financial institutions as part of edo Operations and Product teams. Reports to Automation Manager/SVP Operations and Client Services.
? Active involvement in the requirement gathering phase, meeting with various stake holders to ensure requirements meets the purpose of onboarding partners.
? Making sure all parties are updated real time due to ever changing business processes and to keep up with Agile development methodology and changing priorities.
? Develop and execute appropriate written and automated processes for partners and operations.
? Develop, execute, and document results of operationalizing partnerships; including resources needed and ROI.
? Develop documentation and training for partners and internal parties. Provide training as needed. Keep documentation up to date and continue to train.
? B.A. required
? 5+ years relevant professional experience
? Six Sigma Knowledge
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
? Ability to work both independently and as a member of a team
? Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
? Ability respond quickly to sensitive issues, complex inquiries, or complaints from clients, co-workers and or management.
? Ability to assess risk and communicate requirements.
? Strong analytical skills
? Proficiency with:
o Creating process documentation
o Database management
