Electronics Process Engineer As a member of the manufacturing team, this position entails responsibility for: 1. Develop, document and maintain processes for various manufacturing operations 2. Perform project design and status review for technical area of assigned responsibility 3. Develop and sustain manufacturing hardware 4. Coordinate acquisition, installation, calibration and preventive maintenance activities of manufacturing equipment. 5. Conduct qualification (IQ, OQ, PQ and TMV) activities 6. Knowledge of solid modeling CAD software, preferably Solid works and AutoCAD required. 7. Hands-on experience with microelectronics packaging equipment such as: wire-bonders, die-bonders, Pick and Place, and epoxy dispensing system is desirable 8. Knowledge of DOE, SPC, and other statistical tools is highly desirable. The ideal candidate: 1. Should have a BSME or material science, MS preferred with 0-2 years experience. 2. Experience with medical devices is a plus. 3. Should be motivated, highly organized, able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. 4. Should have strong communication skills and the ability to function in a team environment. 5. Should be quality oriented and have attention to detail with strong problem solving skills.
