Brief DescriptionPrimary Responsibilities include:
Develop, optimize and characterize sputter processes for the fabrication of thin films PV devices
Process integration of thin film layers
Create and maintain process controls and metrics processes and equipment
Perform DOE, SPC and data analysis
Manage implementation of process engineering procedures and integration to support product development prior to manufacturing
Generate Process Specifications
Responsible for SPC implementation for fabrication process and ensuring seamless transfer to manufacturing
Requirements and Qualifications:
5+ years experience with semiconductor, flat panel, disk drive sputter processes or solar cell processes
Prior experience with magnet design is desirable
Hands-on knowledge of sputter equipment operation and maintenance
Strong background in equipment design/process/material property relationships
Demonstrated ability to design and execute on the experimental plans
Experience in Process Transfer from Engineering to Manufacturing
Experience with SPC methods
Excellent verbal and written skills
Master's Degree or equivalent experience
