PROCESS LEADER Remedi SeniorCare
Purpose or Objective of Position:
This is a full time position within Remedi SeniorCare reporting directly to the Value Stream Leader or Functional Manager. The Process Leader is responsible for the supervision of a specific process for a specific value stream (i.e. Paxit, Bulk, OE) Responsibilities include daily guidance of the team lead roles and technicians to include work order prioritization to ensure on time delivery to customers. The Process Leader will work with the members of the Value Stream and Franchise Pharmacy Team to implement and sustain RLMS tools to drive operational excellence while staying focused on delivering an extraordinary customer experience.
Lead a specific process in accordance with work instructions and company policies/procedures to ensure the right medication is delivered to the right patient at the right time in the right dose and quantity.
Responsible for implementing and maintaining safety standards as required by law and company policy.
Implement job related training.
Coach and provide technical expertise to resolve processing issues and create corrective actions with appropriate follow through plans.
Create a high morale workplace with the highest ethical standards.
Manage employee performance through effective coaching and evaluation, skill and behavioral training, development, and goal setting.
Act as a member of the supervisory team and perform other duties as required.
Insure the appropriate level of accountability for respective processes and objectives at the line leader and technician level.
Plan and monitor capacity maximization for a specific pharmacy process.
Monitor and take appropriate timely improvement actions to meet production quality and quantity.
Utilize problem solving techniques, teamwork building strategies, process control, and continuous process improvement tools to meet or exceed the facility key operating metrics.
Facilitate workflow, and team members? placement to ensure the pharmacy and company goals are successfully met or exceeded.
Assign controls and monitor required recourses to achieve established schedules.
Conduct, lead, or implement the appropriate process audits; the audits will identify the need for the appropriate containment, corrective, and preventive actions, leading to minimizing or eliminating process deviations and non-conforming product root causes.
Maintain adherence to company policies, safety standards, and good housekeeping practices.
Foster an atmosphere of employee involvement and continuous improvement in all areas of responsibility.
Review processes and develop product/process/ system strategies to meet company objectives for quality, cost, responsiveness and growth.
Support new processing methods based on optimizing processes, new technology and continuous improvement activities.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities or Education Needed To Do The Job:
BA in Business or Operations related field, or BA in Pharmacy, or equivalent operational experience
Knowledge of Operations Management and Pharmacy methods/systems
Lean, Six Sigma, TPS, or DMAIC experience is suggested
Demonstrated motivational and leadership skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Effective problem solving skills
Effective human relations and negotiation skills
Strong organization and project management skills
Understanding of team dynamics
Experience Needed To Do The Job:
Minimum 1-2 years? experience in Operations with demonstrated supervisory experience
Project management experience
Experience with computer based Software Systems
Must be able to communicate effectively both verbally and written with English as the primary language. Must have exceptional leadership skills with the ability to motivate and lead, strong problem solving abilities, and a strong customer service focus.
Must be dependable with ability to be flexible, function independently and works under pressure with multiple tasks and deadlines. Must have strong organizational, time management skills, ability to problem solve.

High frequency of contact with employees and with limited contact with guests and vendors; requires effective interpersonal skills exhibiting a pleasant out-going and caring attitude, the ability to interact positively with a professional attitude and demeanor.
This position will be exposed to highly confidential information and data that disclosed would be against Federal and State HIPPA law and contrary to the company?s policies and to professional ethics.
This position requires the ability to exert up to 40 lbs. of force occasionally and/or lift, carry, push or move objects. Position requires the ability to stand for extended periods of time during the work day.
