Process Technician Strategic Polymer Sciences, Inc.

Successful candidate will work with other mechanical/electrical engineers and materials scientists at SPS in the development, evaluation, and processing of new polymeric materials. Additionally he/she may also be responsible to work with external manufacturers and customers in the scale-up of selected materials and devices.

Qualifications:

- Associate's degree or equivalent experience in mechanical, polymer, materials or chemical engineering, nano-fabrication, or a related discipline
- Willing to perform routine fabrication and testing of new materials, films, and devices under engineering supervision
- Excellent attention to detail
- Manual dexterity to work with fragile materials
- Nano-fabrication and cleanroom skills are a plus
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work as a member of a highly motivated, disciplined, business focused team are required
- US permanent resident or citizenship is requested

Compensation:

Salary commensurate with experience.
